Do you charge for a quote?
No. Tell us about the job and we will price it at no cost and with no obligation.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because a published number is almost always wrong for the house it is quoted against. Wall construction, cable routes, ceiling height and the size of the room all change the work. We would rather give you a real price for your job than a headline figure we have to walk back when we arrive.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Tell us the room and what you want to happen in it, and we will work out what the job takes. Sorting out the details is part of what you are paying us for.
Can you mount a TV on brick, stone or plaster?
Yes. Those walls need different fixings and more time than drywall, so we ask about your walls before we price the job.
Will you hide the wires?
Usually yes. Cables can run inside the wall where construction and code allow, or in trim along the wall where they cannot. We will tell you which applies to your room.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on the week and the size of the job. Tell us how urgent it is when you get in touch and we will be straight with you about timing.
What happens after I send the form?
It reaches us by email. We read it, work out what the job needs, and come back to you with a price or with the questions we still need answered. If we cannot help, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
Will you show me how to use it?
Yes. We do not consider a job finished until everything is tested and you know how to work it. That walkthrough is part of every install.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our technicians are insured to work in your home.
Do you supply other installers?
Yes. Independent installers and professional integrators can hold a trade account with us. See the trade page.
