FMB Install

Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for installation work, which is set out separately in the quote and the paperwork you sign before we start.

Using this site

You may read this site, print pages and share links to it. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, use it to send anything unlawful, or misrepresent yourself when contacting us.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form is a request, not a booking. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. A price becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing for a defined scope of work, and it may change if the job turns out to differ from what was described.

Descriptions of services on this site are general. Every property is different, and what is possible in yours depends on its construction, wiring, network and existing equipment.

Trade accounts

Trade pricing is available only to approved business accounts and is governed by separate terms agreed at the point of application. Nothing on the public site constitutes an offer of trade pricing.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, and content may change without notice.

Our content

The text, layout, photographs, logo and other material on this site belong to us or are used with permission. The FMB Install name and mark are ours. Please do not reproduce them for commercial purposes without asking.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the separate agreement covering work we carry out for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of Erie County, New York have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies.
